Biography and Introduction

Gabrielle’s practice centers on the day-to-day management and strategic handling of complex litigation matters, with a focus on precision, efficiency, and achieving successful outcomes for her clients. She handles a broad range of disputes, including construction law, contract claims, insurance defense and coverage, premises liability, Insurance Law §5102 threshold litigation, and general tort liability defense litigation. Gabrielle represents both public and private sector clients, including municipalities, governmental agencies, public transportation authorities, insurers, owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors.

Gabrielle is deeply involved in the practical management of each matter, overseeing every stage of litigation. She handles initial case evaluation, strategy development, discovery, depositions, motion practice, subpoenas, and trial preparation. Gabrielle also manages court appearances, expert retention and disclosures, mediations, and arbitration, ensuring each file is handled with meticulous attention to detail. Known for her methodical, results-driven approach, she tailors litigation strategies to each client’s objectives while maintaining a focus on risk management and efficiency. Her experience spans New York Labor Law §§200, 240, and 241, insurance coverage disputes, contractual indemnification, Insurance Law §5102 defense litigation, and all aspects of premises and tort liability defense.

Gabrielle earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she received an academic scholarship. During law school, she served as Executive Editor of the American Indian Law Review, and her Comment, The Winding Trail: A Look at Non-Linear Temporality in Literary Works in Response to the Issue of Sovereignty, was published in the journal. She gained practical experience externing for Chief Judge Swinton at the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals and through pro bono work with the ACLU of Oklahoma.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University, where she majored in English Literature and Writing Seminars and served as Co-Chair of the Writing Seminars Student Advisory Board and President of the Hopkins Figure Skating Club.
